self-portrait with Denver

Dear viewer,

My name is Kinga Lakner and currently I live in Budapest, Hungary (though I've been planning for some years to spend the winters somewhere in tropical South East Asia).

In my photograps I try to capture elements of the simple everyday wonders of (my) life and the mystery of what makes up a unique individual. Naturally, cooking, flamenco dancing and felines (my bigtime favourites) come into the picture here and there. :))

Since my round-the world trip (the beginning of my photographic endavours and the reason to publish some postcards) I have been using the following cameras, lenses and post-processing: Casio QV-2800X | Canon Powershot S1 IS | Canon EOS 350D | Canon Powershot S2 IS | Canon EOS 450D and Canon Powershot G9. I also use mobile phones: SonyEricsson K750i | and SonyEricsson W910. Sigma 10-20mm | Canon EF 28mm | EF 50mm | EF 85mm and Canon EF-S 18-55 IS. I use JPG and RAW format in Lightroom and Photoshop.
